Setting up your own foundation
Setting up your own foundation, and other ways of supporting us - Any major donation brings with it the possibility of forming a tax-deductible foundation in the donor’s own name. The new foundation’s aims would be to support the activities of the Eugen Biser Foundation, and it may, if convenient, be administered by the Eugen Biser Foundation.
German Law provides a number of further instruments which are helpful with regard to inheritance taxation in respect of not-for-profit foundations, such as the Eugen Biser Foundation.
